Engineering you can verify, not take on faith

The product repository ships its own test suite — unit tests and Playwright end-to-end tests — both run in CI on every change, alongside linting, a dependency-vulnerability scan, and CodeQL static analysis. Every GitHub Action in that pipeline is pinned to a full commit hash rather than a mutable version tag, and tagged releases carry a signed software bill of materials. None of that is a marketing claim you have to trust — it ships in the source code you buy, so you can read and re-run it yourself.

How it's licensed

OwnDocs is sold once, not rented. The source license includes the full source code, the right to white-label it, and every Version 1 minor release and security patch for the lifetime of Version 1, at no extra cost; a resale license adds the right to resell OwnDocs to your own customers. There is no subscription, no seat count, and no usage meter. Version 2, the next major release, is priced and licensed separately once it is planned.
